Refund policy


RETURN POLICY CODE:

NO RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ORDER, EXCLUDING ACCESSORIES.

All our products are custom made, meaning they are made specifically for you. Which means they are not re-sellable. This makes all our custom orders not refundable or returnable. 

Our accessories are the only exception to this rule. If you would like to return an accessory within 15 days of purchase and it is has not been used - you can do so by following the steps below.

To start a return for an accessory item, you can contact us at INFO@DRIPENTERTAINMENT.CA.

Please provide us with a short explanation and pictures and we will review your return request within 5-10 business days.

If your return is accepted, you can send the items at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

No returns will be accepted on custom orders.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request of a damaged or wrong item, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
